(矜持而不安的女兒, 頓時得以放聲痛哭!)
2. 靜心/冥想 : 偉大的母親「道」
We look at our mother, just as she is or as she was. If she had die in the meantime. And you look her in the eyes. All the time you look her in the eyes. And while we are looking into her eyes, in her eyes we see another dimension of our mother.
我們看著我們的母親，看著他如是的樣子或者說她過去的樣子，如果說他已經過世了,你看著她的眼睛，一直我們始終看著她的眼睛，在我們看著他的眼睛的同時, 我們在她的眼中同時看見了我們母親另外的一個面向，
We know that something that made her our mother. At a creative force. That decided to make her and she is our mother. And while you are keeping looking at her in this way, all the images we had of our mothers disappear. None of these images is relevant or true.
我們知道有這樣的一種力量讓她成為了我們的母親，一股創造性的力量，這股力量決定以她如是的樣貌讓他成為我們的母親，在我們以這樣的方式一直看著她的同時，我們所有關於媽媽的那些畫面都消失了, 沒有一個是相關的沒有一個是真實的畫面，
Suddenly we realize, our mother, as she is, is a divine revelation. Something internal comes to light in her. And something internal shows her to be our mother.
突然我們意識到了，我們突然意識到媽媽如是的樣子就是一種神性的彰顯。一種永恆的力量通過她彰顯自己，一股永恆的力量選擇了她來做我們的母親
And while we are looking at our mother in this way, we ourselves move beyond her, to something divine. and we can imagine looking beyond her we look at the night. And the bright light. And as we look at these lights, I will mother too looks with us at this light. And both she and me are enlightened by This far away bright light.
在我們用這種方式看著媽媽的同時，我們自己就超越她移動著，朝向一個神性的力量移動，我們也可以想像當我們看著超越她的時候我們也看著一道光芒，明亮的光芒。 在我們看著這光的時候，我們的媽媽也跟我們一起同時看著這光芒。她和我同時都受到了這股遙遠的明亮的光的照耀和點悟，
And the question is where does This light come from? What works behind these light? Something mighty but is completely dark. This completely deep darkened is the Dao. And we remain, looking in this direction. And we feel, we and our mother and this eternal dark being whatever it is are one.
那問題就是這光有從何而來？在這光背後運作的又是什麼？那是一種很有力量卻又完全黑暗的力量,在中國在這裡我們可以把它稱作，在中國我們可以說這完全的深沉的黑暗就是「道」。並且我們保持著保持著看著這方向，我們也感覺同時我們感覺自己母親以及這股永恆的黑暗是合一的。
